Where as you won't have one.....other than with yourself obviously.

because they are talking the game up beyond belief, putting undue pressure on their own players and more importantly are creating an atmosphere that could spark crowd trouble and ill-feeling on the pitch. every man and his dog knows it was nobodys fault that maguire got injured, just one of those unlucky things which can happen to the best of us.

but for your team to use certain incidents as fuel for an unneccessary fire when if anything it is your team usually doing the cheating, i.e. last weeks game at the JJB for example is quite rich. which is why, if i were a whino fan, i'd be a bit worried the club is doing too much for the players to be able to handle on saturday.

Post something decent to reply to then instead of contradicting yourself.

I won't be embarrassed. Far from it. What has been said this week has been justified. Everyone makes a big deal out of it, but in fact it is just 40 seconds of a players time to say some words to a reporter.

What this club has archived over the last 6 years is remarkable, failing to get to Old Trafford for the 6th time in 7 season won't be anything to be ashamed over.

What would be more embarrasing would be for the Mighty Wigan Warriors to finish top of the pack, well ahead of the team in 4th, only to get beaten by them twice. Now that would be embarrasing.

this whole topic isn't decent enough to earn any response anyway, so why are you all so piped up about it and with what was said in the press further to the game at the JJB?

the fact you have mentioned something like that in your "2nd paragraph" post proves to me exactly what you are much like a lot of your fans doing all the $hit stirring on these forums, both here and on our forum. to actually say that when you haven't a clue whether i have a learning difficulty or disability is absolutely disgusting, you are obviously a sick man (or woman) who deserves nothing better than to watch your favourite bunch of whino's dumped out by your favourite new enemies on saturday.

ok the kick was well off anyway and i know it had nothing to do with him missing, but if that would have been on target and instead of going through the sticks hit one of the bars which was out of position, when in normal circumstances the position of the sticks would have meant it would have been a successful kick then i'm sure there would have been an investigation and possibly further action taken.

at the end of the day, i love it. try it even more on saturday. it'll just be further proof of a falling side trying anything they can to save them having to spit their dummies out because they aren't champs anymore.

i don't recall wigan winning any game of late due to cheating or "gamesmanship" as you put it, my unlearned friend.

gamesman ship is things like holding down in the tackle so your own players can get back, or obstruction etc. something a player knows he can commit to help the team in the short term during a match but will probably earn the opposition team a penalty.

the acts you lot refer to in your rants in the press and the acts that we are trying to support in our defence via our forums are down right cheating. therefore completely different therefore rendering your reply a bit of old tosh, much like most of your aging star players.

Bit like deliberately busting the salary cap in an attempt to avoid getting relegated then...

Fans of uber-cheats Wigan should realise what this is and what they shouldn't do it.
