Great that we might have a few options and some tough decisions for Agar to make.
For me, Broadbent stays at FB and Myler in the halves with Eastmond.
Hurrell straight back in if he’s fit.
But it would be harsh on A Sutcliffe to be replaced by Liam.
I’d keep Alex in. Liam needs to do more to go straight back in.

Harsh on Alex Suttcliffe but Liam Suttcliffe best position is centre so unfair to judge him in the halfs.I think both King and Thompson will be used as props which will give a much needed break to our starting props.

The long term benifit of the early season injury crisis is that it must have put players who were previously comfortable in their positions on a warning. Is Sutcliffe now 3rd choice centre? Is Luke a better option than Tom? What is strongest second row pairing? Not sure that the answers are clear cut anymore so you are going to have to be on your game to get picked.

He is still significantly better than Sutcliffe in the halves

Richard Agar confirms that all Myler, Hurrell, Handley, Thompson and Vuniyayawa will all return on Friday, with a possibility that Liam Sutcliffe will also return. Agar knows his 13 but there are a number fighting for bench spots.

If he knows his 13 then L Sutcliffe must be one of many being considered for the bench. Myler Handley and Hurrell must will surely start.

That’s on the basis of him saying Myler, Hurrell, Handley, Thompson, Vuniyayawa will play. If L Sutcliffe plays then I’d have him in halves with Eastmond and then Broadbent dropping out for Myler.

Walters, Gannon, O’Connor & Broadbent/Sutcliffe the ones to drop out.

I think it would be mad to keep Alex Sutcliffe in the side. I think there is a massive bias on here against Liam Sutcliffe. I'm not saying he's the next Keith Senior. but he does add a lot more in attack than Alex, and is now a seasoned pro who has a lot of experience and provides utility value.

For that miss on Farrell alone Alex Sutcliffe should be dropped! He also doesn't offer anything with the ball in hand from what I've seen.

That’s the team I’d pick too, nice to have some competition for places in the team again.

If Handley is fit he has to come in.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Handley at full back. In Agar's interviews in pre-season he mentioned that Handley was operating as a full back in training. He also referred to Broadbent playing fullback as 'makshift' in his recent interview.

He’s been struggling and off the pace. Clearly needs a break.
Cant see that happening though.

I don't see Martin getting rested until Gale is back. Goalkicking so important and I suspect it's along while since Eastmond has done any.

Handley should play in his best position not fullback. For mine he isn't as good as Broadbent there.

I agree, id never play Handley FB if it was up to me, at the top of my post i said 'think we'l go' not i would go. Handley at fullback is nonsense imo, but the club dont seem to agree, it appears they think he's an option there. Just have a feeling Agars liked what Luke Briscoes done so far and while we'r still down some players and with Myler being the closest thing to a half we'v got available to partner Eastmond, i think we'l go with as much experience as we can and L Briscoe will play wing with one of Broadbent/Suttcliffe at centre.

Think agar mentioned Handley at full back option last year not this. Handley to centre as he was originally a centre , with Broadbent stating a full back for now with Myler in halves, makes most sense
