Walker's the least of our worries playing in this wreck of a team. Wouldn't offer much to a top 4 side though. Yes, he's 19 but he's miles off where the likes of Tomkins was at that age.

The main (only?) issue to work on since Cas was teamwork. I think it was Diskin in the YEP who said we look like a group of individuals rather than a team. Whatever deficiencies we have individually we've no chance unless the team pulls together. We're so bad that there's not much point focusing on defensive or attacking strategies - hard work as a unit will deliver far more in the short-term than anything else.

Agar's interview in the YEP was good I thought - nine errors coming out of our own half plus a dissent penalty, and he said 11 out of 19 rubbish last tackle kicks. That's a very good way to go about losing a game right there.

He is ahead of where Tomkins was at his age. Tomkins didn't burst through until he was 20. And whilst Tomkins then became a houselhold name, the current Tomkins is no better than Walker. Who is the top four nowadays? because Wakey and Salford have both been in there this year, and he would walk into their sides.

It will be all about the first 30 minutes this game. Let's see what happens in that. If we stand back and let them play, they will come out flying. I doubt we will see the sort of finish we saw at Headingley. The game will be won and lost in that first 30 minutes.

Both Hurrel and Walker with hamstring injuries, worst thing to rush them back they just keep going again if not allowed to heal, we cannot risk both in such an important game, and end up losing two subs. surely Golding has to be given a go. we need 17 fully fit player in the starting squad not risks.

Walker is fit. I spoke to him at the game last week. Said he could have played last week, but they didn't want to risk too early.

that's fair enough Hurrell was put back in too early and it went again. know all about hamstrings and muscle pulls always best to be over cautious.

Watkins and Newman it will be for centre then, I don't think we have any better options.

We should not lose this game. We should be just as desperate, if not more, than London. Being out-enthused by Bradford was embarrassing. Our pack needs to get over the top of them, our halves need to kick much better than we've seen, and I hope Walker stays fit and gives us some much needed strike from the back line.

More than that, I think we need to aim to put a score on London and strike a psychological point for the remainder of the season. Whether we are capable of doing that I don't know, but we have a fair few near-NRL-first grade players who need to step up.

It's not that we are going down if we lose this, I still think we could jag a few wins over the remainder of the season, but we need to be fighting now and showing some fight - particularly to our bottom-rivals.
