Well Hudds are up in financial terms in my case. What would have been one £20 ticket sold has been turned into 4 £8 tickets plus the increase in drink/food etc due to persuading 3 mates to come who wouldn't have paid out for £20 tickets

2 @ £8 is much better than 1 @ £16 for a multitude of different reasons but mainly 2 people paying £8 each are more likely to buy 2 £3.50 burgers and 2 £3 beers.

The more folk through the gate the more they're gunna spend.

They got £24 out of me today. I haven't been to a cup game in 3 years and my grandad hasn't been to a game at all in 2 but we have bought 3 tickets today. It seems to be working for the Giants anyway.

Direct Golf Stand. Behind the sticks has sold out but because of the company I am taking to the game (2 guys in their 70's) I was getting these anyway.

FYI I don't think the Giants see a penny of the food and drink income on matchdays.

Have we? i cant remember us selling tickets for £8 before never mind 'for some time' - this is obviously a one -off deal agreed between both clubs to get a decent crowd on TV.

In 2010 your season ticket price was £95 for 13 games so the equivalent of £7.30 a game? the price was the same for 2011!!

that was for certain tickets for 1 year, not something we've done for years as you've suggested.

It was two years - prices in 2011 were held at the same price as 2010

neither club website shows any tickets available for away stand,so there is only til midnight to buy in other areas.

Yeah, all tickets been sold are currently for the direct golf stand. It'll look good on TV and there should be a good 50/50 split. Looking at the queues yesterday and the fact we'd already filled the away end, you'd expect a good 5,000+ from Leeds.

Who owns 70 % of the stadium and therefore gets the money back.

Just tried to get 2 tickets for this game and neither the Rhinos or Giants website can offer 2 seats together.

Never done this before but if anyone has a pair of tickets (adjacent seats) that they're not needing please PM me ASAP.

If it's seats in the John Smith's stand (behind the post), they are unallocated seating so you can sit where you want.

Not sure if they have sold out of that stand yet though
