Danny's is worth 1 game ban really, but I can see why it could be justified to only go with a fine. Danny has to go hard in tackles or he will be steamrollered like he often was in early days. Swinging arms aimed at the ball are a big part of today's attacking defense, with the hope being that the ball will come loose and every player tries it. Danny got it very wrong as he didn't expect Anderson's head to be at that height. Potentially dangerous and a bit careless.

For it to be compared to McIllorum's late, high, swinging shot is ludicrous.

We don't really have a lot to lose no one expects us to win. Clarke has written us off, the Wigan chairman saying all rugby want to see wire Wigan final, and wane would have cheesed me off.

I really miss the days when it was Leeds against St Helens in big matches - each set of fans with mutual respect for eachother and their players and, the (majority of) fans wanting eachothers teams to be at full strength when we played!

The attitude of Wigan and, to a much much lesser extent, Warrington fans is quite sad in that they wish opposition players missing when we play them.

Worst case - 1 game (can't see 2 games been given). Will be a blow for us if he is missing. But seeing as my glass is always half full, if we can get past Wigan without him I'm sure his knee would be happy with a week off. In last 2 games he's stopped a couple of times in both games. Way off 100%, can tell he's just trying to get through the season.
