Cold War Kids played a festival in Leeds other week

The new P!@TD song. Like like it. They sound alot, lot, better than the other twos new band.

I lsitened to Pretty.Odd all the way through last night for the first time, cracking album

Leeds festival was a top weekend all in all.

Highlights included;

Radiohead, who dispite not playing a lot of their main hits, were simply amazing.

Kings of Leon are bloody great live, not a note out of place all night.

Meeting Jack's Mannequin who are one of my favourite bands whilst watching Fall out Boy.

Dancing to Fall Out Boy with a bird from Hollyoaks (I am not adam)

Frank Turner who we saw by accidently staggering into the wrong stage.


Oh, and Arctic Monkeys are so unbelieveably bad live.

Alex is the main reason I don't like them anymore, he was strutting around the stage as if he was the biggest rockstar in the world.

Didn't go see Radiohead, not a fan so went to see La Roux instead. She was pretty good.

Kings Of Leon were immense, absolutely top draw, as were Prodigy.

Was dissapointed with Fall Out Boy.

The View and The Courteeners were very good.

Disagree on Artic Monkeys, thought the set they played was poor which wouldn't have helped but enjoyed the performance.

This didn't help tbh. Opening with a slow new song was a bad choice, as was ending with 505.

Radiohead almost bombed it with their setlist, leaving out Fake Plastic Trees and Karma Police.

Monkeys just used Reading/Leeds for publicity, heard they were sh.it. From a mate whose seen them millions of times with me. So I'll take it they were sh.it!

Fall Out Boy, now theres a band who are f-cking atrotious live.

Anyone see Lost Prophets?

I was surprised that FOB were pretty decent imo.

I got told that Lost Prophets were good by a few mates who went to see them, I really don't know why.

You must have been off your face on brown if you thought FOB were good. Because I've seen them 3 times, once on the telly, but that was no better, they're terrible. Just like their latest music.

Lost Prophets are a fantastic live band. Luckin 4ward to der nu album.

But I mean, seeing some generic emo band from Wales ahead of one of the most influential acts of our generation seems a bit stupid really.

The most fun thing I did was go in an ambulance at 6am with my bleeding mate.
