Wellens is a definite I think. He has a 'chronic knee problem' which requires an operation, which they hope to delay until later in the season I think.
Roby has several knocks but should be able to play, Long I would say is more doubtful but given his importance could well play. I certainly hope so anyway as Wellens' and Long's deputies tonight in Lomax and Wheeler both got knocks.

'" We went OK thanks.
We showed some more fluency in attack but we were a bit sloppy in our handling.
We did well in the first half to build a lead in the face of a tough wind.
We're still not "there" yet and will need a better performance to put you lot away next week but each passing week we're getting closer. Had more of a full team out tonight than last week as well (though No Bailey).
Now, you can carry on chomping on the bait that has been laid for you.

Both looked handy going forward. As Phil Clarke might opine, a pity Lomax had the one malfunction at the back and unlucky not to cross up the other end. Got in there to work out of dummy half as well (although I've only half watched it properly at the moment.) Wheeler's try was real quality though I've been disappointed with Wakey so far although somewhat understandable in the circumstances.
Good to see another couple rolling off the production line for somewhere in Super League.

| Graham and Peacock are both awesome prop forwards. I think the stats would probably show they are the top 2 metre makers in the SL and probably top 2 in average metre per carry as well.

| An essential element of the prop forwards armoury should be the ability, when required, to 'mix it'. Graham is a gobs***e, Peacock may not be the best, but he'll get stuck in. There, that's settled then

Not suggesting for a moment that Peacock is the hardest of the prop forward brotherhood, but you do at least have to be in them to lose them, something it seems Graham is yet to grasp.

Based on these criteria, Barrie Mac is better than both put together

| Jammer and Peacock are similar, yet entirely different players.
They are both driven with a eal charge to win everything and be the best at what they do. They play different games to each other, that would compliment each other in the same side.
It pains me to say it, but I would love to see Jammer get to test himself down under like Peacock did, and I believe he will get the chance to.

| At 31, I reckon we could be seeing the last season of Peacock as a top prop. Age, injuries and the tempo of the modern RL game will gradually take its toll, whereas Graham has age on his side.
If he concentrates on playing rugby, and leaves his pseudo hard man antics off the pitch, he has an excellent International future before him.
Who knows, one day he may well have a similar and justified reputation as our own main man.

If he was the best prop in superleague and he is English why is he not England's Captain and Jamie Peacock is? Graham's 5hite nickname is another reason he's not as good as Peacock.
