When the demand is there you get to fill the stand properly with allocated seating instead of letting people sit where they like and leaving odd seats empty in the middle of blocks - it also saves people having to wander all over the stand looking for empty seats just before k/o if they already know where they are sitting.

I sat in my allocated seat and got on the telly – have I mentioned I was on Sky last night?

It was me, I had 5 in the ground and that's it. I didn't cause trouble for anyone, nor did anyone around me. Of course feel free to give me name to the club for threatening to make a bit of noise and support the team.

I sat in my allocated seat me didn't I . Why ? Because I am a good lad and I had a ticket with that seat number on it .
It's amazing how many people had to get up and pass us during the game . Why not stock up with the beers prior to the first whistle if you are intending having a few, then go empty it all out at halftime and come back with more beers ? Fill your pockets with overpriced plastic bottles of lager instead of carrying the plastic 'glasses' which you spill the contents of allover everyone who is sat in the row below the one you are disrupting .
Who was the gentleman sat approximatey seat number 58 , row E in north stand ? He was trying to complain to a steward about the big fat badge kissers behaviour . The steward wasn't at all interested .

They generally weren't interested all night, a stewarding job at Craven Park is merely an excuse to get paid to wear an orange coat and watch the game.

Ain't it the same at most grounds unless the stewards are Polish and have no interest in what's going on on the pitch

Its impossible to explain to an alcoholic that he/she has a serious addiction.

Its also impossible to reason with them that perhaps the next time they may want to sit on the ends of the aisles instead of the middle and/or get to their seats before kickoff and not try and find them after kickoff - finding seats eats into drinking time though, that why its impossible to reason with them.

How many alcoholics go to watch Rugby League games, in all seriousness!

Plenty I should imagine, alcoholics are merely people who have a physical and/or psychological addiction to alcohol, apart from this commonality there is a huge diversity amongst them. Personally I prefer the term 'problem drinker' to 'alcoholic' as it recognises the impact that their alcohol use is having on their lives, recognition of which is the pre-requisite to moving towards recovery.

Neither did I. I don't think anyone has said that, merely comments about the impact it had on others during a particular match.

If a person really can't sit down for a max 40 minutes without HAVING to go for another beer then maybe that person should have considered sitting on the end of a row instead of in the middle.

It [iis[/i possible to watch 80 minutes of rugby without HAVING to have a full beer in your hand, I don't think that Ari Gold realises that yet, my concern is that he is rather young to be developing a dependance.

One tell-tale way to check is their interesting headwear, perhaps paying hommage to a fictional detective on the way ?
