Not the 18 stone unit we were hoping for, but let’s give him a chance.

I'm sure I read something about him being converted from a winger. From what I can ascertain is that he had 5 consecutive sub appearances and then got dropped when someone came back from injury. Bit poor he didn't force his way back in at all. Normally I'd be critical that we were too slow off the mark to get anyone better, but Ava going so late has really tommy tucked us. Either way I'm unimpressed.

Warriors website has him as a 16 stone plus second rower.sounds like more of a thompson than an ava but who knows, if he's aggressive and runs his weight he could be really useful. On paper not the big unit that I thought we needed.

I don't think he'll make the 17 without injuries and expect him to be raw. Probably why it's only a one year contract. That and the homesick and covid factors. If he is decent though we can extend him pretty sharpish.

Never seen or heard of him but lets wait and see. Least its only a 1 yr deal if hes a dud.

I would have rather have left a spot open to see if anyone came available but its done now and we did need another body i suppose.

From the clips on the club's YouTube account it looks like he runs hard and tackles hard. Not much else to go on, but he seems to have the size to play up front.

He was also an experienced international and grand final winner.I obviously hope he is as good as peacock but I wont hold my breath.

Kyle Leuluai is the best overseas signing in the clubs history. Might not be a Leuluai, but am sure he can add add something to the club. I much prefer a signing like this, then paying way over the odds for someone like Merrin.......

I don’t mind this signing at all. Looks to have good potential, young, tall, strong, NRL and good reserve grade pedigree (though not much NRL first team) rated by Warriors fans from what I’ve seen snd won’t cost much. If he’s poor we release him easily and bring someone else in. I like what I’ve seen on this lad so far though so fingers crossed!

Just hope we dont regret him taking our last overseas spot,even if he is only here for a year.

Quite a few negative posts about this signing which is surprising given he is a 25 year old current Fijian International.

Inexperienced but seems very keen, looks strong.

He should be really up for it given only has a 1 year deal.

He does not need to be as good as Kylie or JP as is prop 4/5. If he runs hard, tackles hard and holds onto the ball, he'll be fine.

Bit of a gamble but good luck to him.

Seems a bit like Akuala at Warrington? Similar size and experience when he came over. Let’s hope he makes a bigger impact.

Probably not the signing we were all looking for but realistically due to Covid and other factors the only players available are out of contract 34/35 years old that are over here or under the radar NRL players who are out of contract or non starters for their clubs.
In this regard a one year deal makes sense. Its low risk and gives us another body and hopefully can bring some physicality and comes with a point to prove.

Watching the YouTube clips, he looks like he runs hard and fast.
Probably raw due to little NRL experience, but he could go ok with Mik, Prior and Tet around him.
Most importantly he’s another body in the front row which we desperately needed.
He’ll get plenty of minutes.
And he’s low risk on a one year deal.
Probably best we could have hoped for in the current climate.

Can't help it mate.I love a good prospect and I obviously hope he's great, but for me we are crying out for a prop who will at least make our 17 every week,and if that player isn't available we bide our time. From the ridiculously little I've seen of him he looks like he could ruffle a few feathers but he also looks like a player who can fill in at prop ((like prior and thompson) rather than someone who will crack heads and take some of the load off mic and tom.
I obviously hope I'm wrong, it wouldn't be the first time.
