Outside bets I'd say Snedeker, Kim and Watney have a good shot. Bubba has been playing well too.'"
Are u still playing down at fulneck? Was gonna join again when my student loan gets paid up this month.
Played calverley on Tuesday shot a 78 which I was impressed with but not my usual standard. Bit of a fluke

Left this year due to financial difficulties
I haven't actually picked up a club since around September. I dread to think where my first ball would go

| What are the odds for Tiger not to win a major in 2012?
Is this a good bet?
I would love to see Westwood win it, but i'm going for Rose or McIlroy to win it with Luke Donald a very close 3rd

| If you're looking for an outside bet, Bubba Watson hits the ball a long way and you need to hit the shortest possible 2nd shot into some of those greens.

You must not have seen much Golf this year if you believe Tiger will be 'Long Odds', Really finding his form recently and as big a threat as anyone, How he goes in the Final round of the Arnold Palmer which he is leading could be a good indication.

The greatest golfer ever is officially back
Thought he was back a few months ago, hes just proved it
Still like Donald and Bradley(patriots fan ) and last major winner to have a go but Woods confidence must be at an all time high after his last few years, even after 14 majors and 72(?) wins now that has to be his best yet after all the (self caused in some part)adversity
McDowell is looking good after this week aswell.

| I thought you weren't a Tiger fan LFC?
But he's been building for the last 2 months and has looked like the best golfer in the world at times. It's just his head that's got in the way due to the 900+ days it was since his last win. Now he's finally got over that hurdle expect him to be there are there abouts until he gets too old. This weekend, apart from 2 shots, was like the Tiger pre 2009 and as a massive Tiger fan I was very happy for him. Golf needs it too. Hopefully we can see a Tiger/Rory rivalry to match the old Palmer/Nicklaus one. Tiger has 7 or 8 years before he gets to "that age" where golfers begin to do down hill. The way he looks after himself though might mean he has longer.

Seriously?
You got the wrong person there mate, I'm his biggest fan and always want him to win, apart from when there's a Brit with a chance. There's nothing better than watching Woods at his best.
It's Bubba Watson I don't like, can't stand him and hope someone runs him over Happy Gilmore style during a round

| GOLF ETHICS QUESTION
What if you were playing in the club championship tournament finals and the match was halved at the end of 17 holes.
You had the honour and hit your ball a modest two hundred fifty yards to the middle of the fairway, leaving a simple six iron to the pin.
Your opponent then hits his ball, lofting it deep into the woods to the right of the fairway.
Being the golfing gentleman that you are, you help your opponent look for his ball.
Just before the permitted five minute search period ends, your opponent says, "Go ahead and hit your second shot and if I don't find it in time, I'll concede the match."
You hit your ball, landing it on the green, stopping about ten feet from the pin.
About the time your ball comes to rest, you hear your opponent exclaim from deep in the woods, "I found it!".
The second sound you hear is a click, the sound of a club striking a ball and the ball comes sailing out of the woods and lands on the green, stopping no more
than six inches from the hole.
Now here is the ethical dilemma:
Do you pull the cheating barstewards ball out of your pocket and confront him with it, or do you keep your mouth shut..?

It's Golf. You accept it and even if you think there is a doubt at the back of your mind you accept it and try to hole your putt.
A couple of years back I played this lad in an 8-15s league match at Hollins hall. He had dropped from being an 18 handicapper to a 12 in a matter of weeks and when I played him it wasn't hard to see why. He told me later on that his captain had put him in because he would intimidate his opponent with the distance he hit the ball. Funny thing was, thats my game On the 1st hole he hit a 5 wood down the midlle of the fairway to about 250. I thought, balls to this and got the driver out and landed it 5 yards from the front of the green, about a 300 yard drive. His face dropped slightly.
Anyway, we had such a good close game and we were almost identical with the way we played that we got to the 18th, A/S with both of us only dropping 8 shots to that point. It was pitch black by now as frankly, the game in front of us was taking the p*ss. We both tee'd off and we both sounded like we hit perfect drives. The 'ping' was perfect, the balance felt right and we walked up the fairway. As we got to about the 270/280 mark, there was a ball sat perfectly in the middle of the fairway, but just the 1. As I walked up to it I saw my signature 3 red dots in a triangular formation above the pro v1 sign and breathed a sigh of relief. Then we went on looking for his ball. Could we find it? Not a chance. We had 8 people looking all over the place but it was that dark you couldnt really see more than 5 or 10 metres accurately.
At this point, what would you do?..

| It's tough sjit basically and you have to take any luck you can get!
Similar happened to me before at Roundhay on the last hole, I was with a mate and I drove the green in the fading light, I could clearly see the ball on the green about 20ft away because of the clubhouse lights when walking to the green. I then went to help find his ball in the trees but when I got up there my ball was buried in the bunker with someones footprint around it, the only person near the green was my mates dad(who I was with) but the fooker protested his innocence
I knew what had happened but couldn't do feck all about it
