Just sat through a recording of the Pats v Colts game, one of the best I've seen in ages.'"
They've looked out of sorts so far when i've seen them so you have a good point imo.
Missed the Pats v Colts
Drew Brees could be leading New Orleans all the way to the SB !!

| I cant see New Orleans winning the super bowl I think they will slip up somewhere along the line their Defense isnt as good as people make out and the cant rely on interceptions all the time. I honestly think that their game against the Patriots in a few week would do them a lot of good if they lost it and got hammered so they have plenty of time to re-group.
Im looking forward to that now hopefully it will be another shootout like the Indy game with a different result this time
Mr no sleeves wont let it happen twice

Aaaahhh the Saints. My pal has never forgiven Deon Sanders for breaking her heart with that kick return ten years ago.

I can assure you that those of us who support other NFC South sides have no desire whatsoever to see the Saints do well, Katrina or no Katrina!

Given we were operating for a large part of the game without both Turner and Ryan, I'm quietly proud of that effort.
Still can't see us making the playoffs though - defence and the O-line have more holes than a colander.

| The Dallas D looks to be stepping up. Now lets see if the offence can avoid the problems they have had in past Decembers.

It'd be great to see the "shootout" between Brees/Bush v Brady/Moss.
I think the Saints can afford to lose this one but a win would increase their confidence ten-fold and send a message that they are the "Real Deal" this year.

Yeah,
Thats why im more gutted. We SHOULD have beaten you with the 2 stars missing but once again we let teams march down the field after the 2MW when the game is there for the taking.
Freeman was awesome though and the 2 passes to Bryant just after your TD were brilliant. Bryant is looking good too. I truly believe next year we will be pushing for the playoffs with the young guys that little bit older. Sammie Stroughter is a player I like the look of too.

| Anyway heres some snaps from the Saints/Bucs game last week.
Walking up to the Stadium. We paid $8 to park in front of someones house
View of Tampa from the concourse of the top tier
The Concourse
Half time USF band playing
Bucs pirate ship
The top tier (full of Saints fans)
Me and my lovely other half (notice the cup holders in the seats? Class )
The 200ft wide Big Screen
Stadium with about 5 minutes left 38-7 to the Saints
Some of the Saints fans who've made the trip down waiting to see their team off the pitch

| Now THAT is what a stadium should look like - except if you were building it over here rather than in Florida you would need to put a roof on the stands

Yeah, it was brilliant. There was so much space too. If that was a premier league ground it'd hold 90k instead of 65k
There was a flyby after the national anthem too and the big coast guard jet was litterally 50ft above our heads. I was just taking my seat though and didn't have the camera ready.
We were lucky. You can't really tell by the pics but there were thunder storms just north of the stadium. You could see them all game and we only caught the rain after the 2 min warning in the 4th. We'd bought ponchos from Wal Mart too after the forcast had said heavy rain all week.

| Always amazes me with a lot of US sports stadia that they have a complete lack of cover from the elements except for the executive boxes. Especially in places like Foxboro and Green Bay where the winter temperatures aren't exactly tropical.
If you proposed building a stadium like that over here there would be an outcry these days.

When i went to the Rayjay in Nov 07 it was scorching. I hadn't taken a hat and there was no respite from the blazing sun for 3 plus hours. My choices were to suffer sunstroke, miss the game, or wear a Bucs hat. I took the sunstroke.
It was very, very hot.
The Rayjay probably remains my fave stadium worldwide of any sport.
In contrast, in just 11 days I will be at the cr@ppy antiquated Oakland Coliseum watching the crappy antiquated Raiders and redskins battle out out in the most meaningless game of the century!

I'm just going by the results and what the NFL total access team are reporting when discussing the skins mate.
As you know although i enjoy the NFL and have watched it for years there's actually very little i know about the history or in depth details of the clubs involved.
