He didn't last long on the pitch at Odsal two weeks ago but not sure what the specific nature of the injury (or initial prognosis) was.

A few rumours appear to have been circulating since then, not that I pay any attention to rumours.

Running sideways across the field didn't help his performance as he invariably failed to get outside the chasers and consequently ended up slowing the play down and sometimes losing ground as well. Having said that, Wigan's kick and chase was pretty good and I'm not sure whether Webb would have made a lot more ground under those conditions.
