All I do these days on a night in Farsley is jump on a trampoline. I call it escapism.

I’m going to start a few polls on here so that we can get people’s genuine decision. The first one is do you go and watch rugby league as if it’s a pantomime or do you respect the two teams that come out. I always clap the away team out of respect when it comes out from the dugout. But this is outnumbered by the Boo’s. IMO if you want to go see a pantomime you should go to the West Yorkshire Playhouse on a Friday evening and NOT Headingley Carnegie stadium!

Personally,I'm a partisan Leeds Rugby League supporter.Loyal to my club and it doesn't matter who the oppsition are,what their fans are like,reputations etc I treat them all with the same contempt because they do not support LEEDS and there IMO lies their downfall.

Actually, it's 'Hear Hear'.

You never want to lose banter in RL sometimes it goes past the line but only occasionally imo.
And i clap injured players when they get stretchered off.

I don’t think banter will ever be lost as it’s a lot different to vile chanting. I’m not overly a big fan of the we all Leeds scum chant sometimes when I stand in the away stand. Banter I feel is more a less between a few people in the pubs, little groups in the stadiums and on the forums.

Anyone want to hazard a guess at how long into the game on Friday, that Sky turn the sound down on the foul mouthed Scousers?

I've always clapped the oppositioncoming onto the field, been stretchered off, scoring a good try etc. Not always for scoring a good try though. Thats usually reserved for Wakey, Cas, Salford, Hudds etc

on a slightly different note, one thing that does please me is the Southstand always applaud the opposition academy site(win or lose), I noticed last Friday thet the wigan kids looked a bit baffled by it, I don't get to away matches so is this unsual?

Yeah we do for Academy.

I'm not sure, but I wonder if they did the same thing when the Leeds fans chanted when Tommy Martyn was stretchered off a good few years ago...

Some teams I applaud - Catalans I have no problems with, same with Crusaders (for the moment) etc etc.

But always fun to boo Bradford due to the history between us two clubs - and Saints aren't exactly our favourite team due to the rivalry.

But certain players certainly warrant a Boo - like James Graham after his antics towards us Leeds fans at last years CC Semi. I am now always very happy to see him losing/getting smashed after that. Love going to Saints away cos he always stands just infront of us at KO. BOOOOOOO!!!
