Gerrard out there is completely wasted and Milner has playing wide alot more than he has central, throughout his career, so I'd go with him wide left & probably Lennon right. Carrick and Gerrard had shockers. Walcott wasn't the best. Not to mention he had a defence that preferred to skip the midfield all together.

Performing like that has 2nd round elimination written all over it. If it had been McClaren in charge last night the press would have been all over him today, yet Capello seems to have got away with it.
