Snyder need to step back, appoint a proper GM and just sign the cheques. I am actually not too down on Snyder, unlike most Skins fans. He's just a spoilt rich guy who desperately wants to win but he channels his energy (and money) in the wrong places. He need a good GM to run the show.

Cerrato is a yes man who has no real clue about how to build a team.
