I don't have the benefit of the game on SKy+ any more.

She'd have your guts for garters.
To wile away the time while you're laid up, if you enjoy the Stieg Ln novels, why not try Jo Nesbo?

Just don't mention missed tackles or midget porn.

Indeed they did in terms of quantity.
Quote ="G1"Can I just check, do you think Buderus didn't miss 4 tackles?'"
Sure. Honestly I've no idea bar the one I've highlighted (to date the only missed Buderus tackle anyone has specified) which I assume also accounts for one miss each for Lauitiiti and Watkins if you include the following play.
Quote ="G1"I don't have the benefit of the game on SKy+ any more.'"
Shame I had such high hopes for this diversion (I estimated 12 pages as a minimum) what am I going to do now.
Quote ="G1"As I am stranded at home recovering from a bout of gout I might have watched it again with a pen and paper as you appear to have. Instead. I shall have to retreat to the settee with Bacon, Sarnie, Coffee, packet of ginger biscuits and the Girl With The Dragon Tattoo.'"
Sweet. How did you know I watch games with a pen and paper (A4 sized notepad actually)
But not to record, missed tackles, maybe that's one for the future now the government has U-turned on the forest sell off. More usually it's try assists, knock ons, forward passes, penalties conceded, failed offloads (Buderus had one of those in the 10th minute you'll recall) and monumental, game changing brain-farts.

Stick with it, you may find the 1st one "Redbreast" hard going initially, I did, but I persevered & have found them all increasingly enjoyable.
I am just finishing the most recent one on the boss's Kindle.
Have you tried Wallender (not in the strict legal sense you understand)? Are they worth reading, or the printed version of the Killing which has just been on BBC4?

Wallender: Henning Mankell
Worth a read. Found them slow and a bit dark. For a lighter read I would go for Ian Rankin or Ian Banks' The Crow Road (good read).

I'm not particularly into b British crime writers (Rankin) but have read all of Ian Banks non-sci-fi stuff.
I can't stand sci-fi or fantasy fiction.

Go to team stats and work this one out! I have never seen such a lop sided set of stats where the team on top in every department ends up losing! Just look at how many tackles Brisbane made too!! I know stats mean nothing but jeez, to only score 8 points with all that is shocking.

| Just finished the second of the Stieg Larsson trilogy - only 800 pages to go to read the lot.
Could I recommend - the following authors:
Robert Crais
Richard North Patterson
David Hosp
Robert Ellis

| The book thread could be seen as relavent as we all may need a bit of a light read next week as it could be a distraction from the horror story on the pitch. Only kidding!
