I have blazed a trail in search of the ultimate in cake and I think I have found the holy grail of cake making - high on a mountain top above the Corfiot village of Paleokastritsa in a hamlet named Lakones I sat in a cafe perched on the very edge of a thousand foot clifftop and ate, nay, allowed to melt in my mouth, a cake described simply as "lemon cake".

Those two sp words did not do the culinary delight justice, "lemon cake made from gossamer wings and angels breath" would be more accurate, simply the best cake I have ever tasted all washed down by a superb black coffee.

Probably also the highest altitude cake I have ever eaten.

Certainly the most expensive slice of cake I have ever eaten at 4 euros, but perfection is never cheap.

If you have big buns you ain't gonna be saying size matters are you . I have heard that smaller ones are more juicy . Wether they are or not would need somebody to have a try of both . I have only had dealings with buns on the larger scale .
