Fantastic controlled and gritty performance tonight.
Not one bad player on the pitch from our side.
Smith, O`Connor, Tetavano and Bentley outstanding along with Myler.
Looks like Oledzki and Gannon won`t be playing next week which is a blow with Handley and Martin missing.
Probably our best 4 go forward players.
Just think had Martin played he would have blown the goal kicking record out of the water.
I hope several Catalans players and the club receive heavy bans and a very big fine for throwing missiles at the Leeds players.

Thought Bentley was excellent, mad Micky came off second best to him all night. McNamara after match interview complaining about frustration,, more like petty childish behavior all night. Be interesting to see who is up before the the kangaroo court next week. Brilliant performance by every one getting this far ,especially after the early seasons performances.

I think Bentley will be up for the elbow.
If he is, it will undoubtedly be a ban.

Obviously Cats players did nothing wrong and there are not enough camera angles for any evidence, so they will get no punishments....

A win that is up there with any we have delivered in our illustrious play off history. Sezer was my man of the match. Really pulled the strings and took on the line all night. Austin was also excellent and seems to get better week on week. Tetevano put in a huge stint and Prior delivered a seasons best performance. Did I mention Sutcliffe? All in all, whatever happens next week Smith has performed miracles and 2023 could be very special.

That win was a bit of a coaching master class IMO - it looked like the players knew exactly what they needed to do to overcome their opponents. Basically wind then up, by not getting trampled over which is cats only game plan.

Yes and picking young O’Connor at hooker was brilliant. A logical call on form, but coaches often lack the courage of their own convictions. Thought the ref did a great job under massively trying circumstances.

Great effort from the boys and as said , a masterclass from the coach. Not a weak link in the team , and Smith seems able to get the most out of his players . Even Tet is now looking a player and doing much longer minutes than he did in the NRL.
One question , if Austin van put up a bomb like he did in the second half ( no full back in the world would have caught it ) why are we limited to one a game - it is a fantastic weapon .
Here`s hoping we have no more injuries , and neither of the top 2 will want to play us.

Think we played in a very controlled manner tonight, I don’t feel as though we ever looked like losing and I don’t think we played as well as we are capable of. Think thins group is learning quickly how to be a complete side and winning the ‘tough’ games that take a patient build up and a big grind.

I’m no lover of referees but I thought that James Child had a cracking performance with the whistle, he ref’d everything fairly he missed the odd forward pass etc but no ref is ever going to get it 100% right on the night.

I was referring to them mate. As they should be. I wouldn't want to play us either, given we keep turning up, changed up, and we keep getting the wins...

I'm not sure on the praise of the ref, he landed himself in that position in the first place as there was a clear sin binning early on for a high tackle (if not 2) and he didn't give it. He set an early precedent for what was acceptable.

McIlorum is a liability when the red mist sets in - if he is to play as Wane's preferred hooker he needs to get a grip. Between him, Pearce and Tomkins they had three senior players who completely lost the plot and set the tone for the behaviour of the rest

Tomkins play acting - if this is the way the game is going its very integrity is in question. No doubt he will be a guest commentator for Sky over the next two weeks - bet nobody asks him about his dive!!

Surely Philip Clarke won’t want anything to do with Tomkins cheating and offered his resignation on the spot last night?

Quite the opposite - here’s hoping Hudds beat Salford as Leeds is the team I’d like saints to play by a country mile. I’d be surprised if Wigan fans didn’t want a Leeds semi also.
