| Quote ="chapylad"Squad for Friday:
The squad in full is:
1 Brent Webb
2 Scott Donald
3 Brett Delaney
4 Keith Senior
5 Ryan Hall
6 Danny McGuire
7 Rob Burrow
8 Kylie Leuluai
9 Danny Buderus
11 Jamie Jones Buchanan
12 Ali Lauiititi
13 Kevin Sinfield
14 Matt Diskin
15 Greg Eastwood
16 Ryan Bailey
17 Ian Kirke
18 Carl Ablett
19 Luke Burgess
23 Kallum Watkins'"
From that I'd say Kirke & Watkins to miss out, although I guess it depends on Baileys fitness, which has been an issue all off-season, could also see Watkins for Senior if the same applies

| Quote ="Frosties."So whats everyone thoughts for the game next friday. Will the game be a sell out, as there are only a few tickets remaining? will Crusaders RL play better than we all think they will?
Personally, I dont think the game will be a 50 pointer, and think that the game will be tougher than everyone thinks. Its the first game of the season, but also its the first game for Crusaders as they havent had a run out against anyone FWIR? I think that playing Leeds will be tough for them to handle, but I think that theyll score a few tries, and hope that they make a good show of themselves infront of a big crowd so they can get a big crowd at the rest of their games.
Team IMO:
1. Webb
2. Donald
3. Delaney
4. Senior
5. Hall
6. McGuire
7. Burrow
8. Leuluai
9. Buderus
10. Bailey
11. Jones-Buchanan
18. Ablett
13. Sinfield
14. Diskin
12. Lauitiiti
15. Eastwood/17. Kirke
19. Burgess
17.Kirke/15. Eastwood
23. Watkins'"

Sorry no link, just from a conversation I was having.
Webb has a 'minor injury' so we're not risking him.
Still, should be a nice enough game for Kal to get a run out.

| I love the arrogance on show here.
Away from home, first game of the season against a side with something to prove in front of a new fanbase and coached by Brian Noble, no Peacock, now no Webb meaning a centre playing at full back and the approach still seems to be that Leeds will p*ss it without breaking sweat.

Where's the Arrogance????
Fans have every right to be confident even more so when you consider the 2 teamsheets, how long the opposition have had to prepare and without any pre-season games.
Tbh It wouldn't matter if Wayne Bennett was coaching them it still all points to a comfortable Leeds win.

Treble winning champions against last years' bottom team who, on their own coaches admission are far from ready.
Seems like realism.
Of course, anything can happen on the night.

Maybe arrogance, but I honestly do think we'll win by 30...
That's not to say they won't make life hard for us - all the reasons you state show that it'll be nothing like last seasons trip down there - but I just can't see it being [itoo [/iclose.
...Feel free not to quote me on this however

He may have heard Watkins is playing and put two and two together and got five.
No official announcement that Webb is going to miss the match yet though.

The state of the pitch may have some bearing as well.
Mud, as they say, being a great leveller.
Though it should be a cold (very cold), dry evening.
I still expect the Rhinos to prevail but not by a cricket score.

Close of business today there was only a few hundred tickets left to sell and 90% of the crowd will be Crusaders RL, announced by Crusaders RL on Brian Nobles interview with SkySports.
Yale stand altogether holds 4.2k, so I would expect that the upper tier of this is half, which around about 2.1k, I understand that Leeds have only been given half of this, just the Mold Road end, not the town end, having said that, we sold only 500 tickets by the close of business tuesday.
this is what I reckon we have, if not, just the top bit. (blacked out part)
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Wrexham-village.jpg this is why the Kop stand is closed at Racecourse Ground.

I've just had a look on Facebook, and there was a Leeds Rhinos status update. I was reassured to see that a large number of our fans are, apparently, pretty much illiterate.

Nuff respeck to Azzer. Anybody got any idea what he's trying to say there? It's like N-Dubz have written a "song" about Rugby League or something.
