Yeah, courtesy of Danascully
Me neither, although maybe the fact the Pats are playing the worst team in the league this week may mean they go into next week undercooked...
Or maybe not

21-21 with 37 seconds left.
28-21 a couple of seconds later after they went 80 yds in an 8 minute drive. We looked to struggle creating anything though. 1 Passing TD, 1 special teams TD and 1 defensive TD after an INT.
Not looking good for next week.

| Need to check the record books, but that Titans performance must be close to the lowest passing yardage ever gnerated.

| Anyone want to take the pi55 out of the mighty Raiders now. If so, you might as well give the Eagles some grief !
Great defensive performance from the Silver and Black and a competent performance from JaMarcus. Check out Louis Murphy on Zach Miller's 86 yd TD. He might not be able to catch, but he sure can block. A lesson for any WR !
GO RAIDERS (at least until next week when we get stuffed again !).

| Quote ="El Pac Carnegie"How much did these trips you guys went on cost? Im thinking of doing something similar next season taking in games in the north, Green Bay etc. Would be good to know a ball park figure so i can see if its viable'"
Some of the other guys have already given you an idea, but it depends on what else you want to do, type of accommodation you want, who you want to see.
September to December is one of the cheapest times to fly to the States and if you shop around you can get flights for 300 quid (on a US keyboard with no pound sign !) to the East coast and 400 for the West coast. Hotels can range from $20 a night in a cheap motel to $300 for a 5 star hotel (x3 if in New York !). Then, depending on where you go, you may need to hire a car at approx 25 quid a day (NY, San Francisco can be done by public transport, Miami, on the other hand, can't - unless you want to pay over the odds for a taxi).
Tickets range for every team. The Skins, Giants, Bucs sell out every week so you'll have to get tickets from a ticket broker and as Green Mist points out, these can be very expensive ! Raiders/Jags on the other hand, don't sell out usually, so you can pick these up at cost price from ticketmaster.com Went to Miami v NY Jets last week, in Miami, and that hadn't sold out so picked up end zone tickets, upper tier for $60 (all taxes etc. included).
Then there's all the other stuff when you get there. As G1 pointed out, in December, we are going to see a Metallica gig and a San Jose Sharks hockey game. When we went to Washington we went to see a Capitals hockey game, but then spent most of the time seeing all the free museums, monuments etc.
It's do-able for 500 quid for a weekend if you really want to, but it needs some serious planning beforehand.

Plenty of time G1. Not enough though to take the pi55 out of your beloved Skins !
At least one of our teams is going in the right direction (it's amazing what one win does to one's confidence).

I am actually very pleased you beat the Iggles.
The Skins are heading in the right direction. We're heading towards the top overall pick.

The Rams or Bucs will have that one sewn up G1, so you may have to make do with the 3rd or 4th.
My confidence will be back to normal next week when we lose to the Jets ! Let's hope Sanchez throws another 5 interceptions.

| Richard Gannon and "iron Eagle" (remember him) called our game yesterday.
Gannon was on Sirius radio afterwards and he said he spoke to Snyder and compared us to the Raiders, said we lacked leadership and were a mess throughout. Said that this Sherm Lewis hire was stupid and hade divided the organisation. Rumblings are whatever Snyder does about Zorn (and he's likely gone by the bye week) that Cerrato will be gone seasons end and a GM hired. Praying for that. He also said that Zorn was out of his depth.
BTW, Gannon is very bright and articulate and a great commentator. Don't get many Skins games on CBS so haven't heard that much of him.

He was mentioned by the commentators during the sky coverage.
They were basically wondering what he'd be up to next weekend!!

Iron Eagle - fantastic name ! Ian to everyone else in the English speaking world !
Gannon is a great commentator and knows the game inside out. The Raiders could do a lot worse than bring this guy in to help out JaMarcus rather than trying to have him banned from the Raiders facilities.
Not sure he'll change his tune about the Raiders after our win over the Iggles, but clearly Russell had a more composed game and looked much better than previous weeks (although that wouldn't have been hard to do). Also good to see our DC put more blitzes and zone coverage in to ruffle the Eagles' feathers (sorry !).

Did Holmgren say anything, bearing in mind he was Zorns boss and mentor?
Holmgren has also said he's like to work in the NFC East.
I do not want Holmgren as our HC, btw.
