Yes Big Mal has a daughter in the Leeds area and believe me she could give Senior a better scrap than Wilkin managed.

ET glided across the pitch like no player I've ever seen. I remember one try he got straight from a scrum near half way. He just ran towards the touchline in a glorious arc, outpacing defenders as he arced back to touchdown beneath the sticks.

Outside of your terms of reference. He replaced Craig Coleman on the Leeds register but didn't make his Leeds debut until 21st January 1990 at home to Bradford.

ET was great until you stuck a finger up his ! Or at least that's what we are led to believe. If you watch the game in question (GB vs. Aus) he really does look out of sorts and in shock after the alleged incident with GS. Not too surprising really: it would put me off my game too!

It always sticks in my mind how good ET still was in his twilight years at centre for Cronulla. Some of the pace had gone, the class was still clearly visible for all to see.
