Absolutely. The point these idiots seem to have missed is that Radford was being penalised for not releasing Bailey at the time Radford lost the plot. In the initial ruck, where Bailey's ball carrying arm is being swung to regain his feet it was Radford, not Bailey, committing the offence.

If Radford didn't like the contact from Bailey's arm then obey the laws of the game and roll off the tackled player, don't throw punches.

Bailey was being held down and Radford thought he'd be ok to get a few cheap shots in and get away with it due to Baileys reputation.
