With 2 shorter minutes impact props it'll be interesting to see how Smith starts and rotates. Neither are starting players and you wouldn't imagine bringing both sangare and lisone on together.

To be fair we were looking to bring in a prop last year in the off season but there was very little available.

Happy with signing Lisone it seems a decent move.

Oledzki Tetevano Prior Holroyd Sangare Lisone Walters only Oledzki and Tetevano stand out as starters although i'm not really a fan of Tet starting doubt Prior will be used much at all if all stay healthy.

I don't think you'd want to have Tetevano and Oledzki on the field together too often. Very little go-forward and too lightweight in defence against big packs. I'd see those two spelling each other and the rest spelling between themselves so you always have an impact prop alongside one of them.

With Sangare, Lisone and a fit Holroyd we could move Tet back to LF

That's a starting option with Smith to replace him then later in the game Tet goes to prop.

Tetavano is not and never will be a loose forward, even in that modern ”middle” role. He’s not a super league std prop either completely ineffective. I’d honestly only play him when we have no one else. hope he gets “homesick”

He has been a disappointment but he's a better player than you have painted him.

Fingers crossed they don't re-sign him next year lol. He's deffo nothing special at LF but he will add a bit of bulk early on.
If he can put in some solid performances together instead of in and out bans he should at least be useful in not over using the younger players and general rotation.

He’s not. He’s on marquee money but Mitch Achurch and Nathan Peteru were better, and they were not up to much.

All things considered he’s F**king c**p and in the too 5 maybe too 3 worst over seas signing ever.

Rhyse Martin on the other hand is quality, like him more and more the longer he's here. He'll go down as a very successful overseas signing.

Hes not worth marquee money but come on hes better that Peteru and Achurch.

Tetevano was a solid rotation prop in good NRL sides and for NZ. For some reason we signed him as our number one prop, pack leader etc, a role he's never played. It's not his fault we didn't look past his career appearances to how he actually plays. That lack of due diligence sums up why our overseas recruitment has been so hit and miss over the last few years.

Given our signings Tetevano is at least likely to be back playing the role that suits him. Daft that he's on marquee money but we can't change that.

I reckon Sangare could go on to become a really dominant prop in SL with the right coaching.
