I too thought he'd signed elsewhere for 2019 (Salford or Hull KR) but then read in the YEP last week that he was keen to impress for a deal with us for 2019. I queried it with Pete Smith who interviewed him and the player confirms he has no deal signed yet for 2019

WRT Crosby, it seems as though he hasn't actually signed anywhere next year. Even if he had, if he does really well to the end of the year and we want him we ought to be willing to pay a fee. Not saying that will be needed, but a club our size can surely afford to pay enough to get a squad prop if we have to.

Doubt We'd be able to get a time like that due to salary cap space and i don't think I'd take linnet or coote there both injury prone and not world class enough to break bank for.

Linnet is a donkey. He'd end up in the backrow the same as Delaney. Coote's a class act, but he'd want to start full back. Feldt might be good, but I wouldn't break the bank for him and really wouldn't want to use a quota space on a winger if at all possible.

I don't see how you could possibly call for Sutcliffe as a starting second row for next year. He's one of the players we should be looking to Dual Reg or even move on entirely. If he backs himself to make it as a second row then he needs to show what he can do in the Championship/on loan first and earn his stripes for the first time in his career rather than getting a position because there's nobody else better.

Like others I wouldn't be convinced with him at centre either, but if its a dogfight between him, Handley, Newman and maybe Luke Briscoe for 4 and 5 then it could work if its made plain that they all start with a blank slate and its up to them to win their place.

That pack looks very lightweight to me. . We need to hopefully get Garbutt fit, and sign another prop along with Crosby. As others have said Peteru looks more suited to the 2nd row but we have seen so little of him it's hard to make a judgement.
On Sutcliffe, im no great fan and would have had Keinhorst in front of him this season in the centre with everyone fit, but if we don't sign another centre his improvement in the goalkicking department would give him the nod over Handley imo.

Lolohea can kick goals. So can Watkins obviously, but he may not want to risk injuring himself through kicking. We may have little choice this year but I'd rather an OK goalkicker and a dynamite centre than vice versa.

Lolohea will be our 6 + our goal kicker.

Yes thats what i thought, reckon he may be gone in 2020 but will be with us next year, hope he does not do a moon though and simply go through the motions.

If Parcell leaves I would like us to sign Isaac Luke.
