I think the Magic Weekend is a good concept, and the product on offer is a good one. Yet uptake hasn't been high enough. Perhaps a marketing issue?

I agree with putting it in the bin but 2 fixtures for easter for me with none of this crap of Thursday and tuesday kick offs it should be the same turnaround for all clubs.

All the other clubs seem to be releasing details of how many they've sold.

Hull FC and Warrington are going to be very well supported I see.

Thought it would sell better with the "weekend away" thought process.............however Manchester is hardly a weekend away compared to Cardiff or the likes.

Poorly thought out idea to move it............if they thought it wasn't viable with the economic downturn they should have simply scrapped it.

We are still stopping over on the Saturday evening.
I'd of preferred a different city to visit if I'm honest but it's still a night away from the ball and chain!

Apparently yesterday was their best ever day for ticket sales - must be down to the weekends weather.

Does anyone know what they are doing with the two blocks directly behind the sticks in the middle tier?
They are grayed out which would suggest they aren't opening them?!

Enjoyed the weekend but Wolves do have an advantage under the present "derby games" format. Imagine if a team was to be denied anything by Wolves either on points scored difference or points in the table all due to the Magic fixture?

Re the Hull KR "try" Ganson looked at the flag waver before signalling for a try. So, he can't be held responsible for that one. He was guilty of inconsistancy when binning Dobson but then being lenient there after for laying on.

Halibut penalised us to death but hey - Magsys five were far better and probably counted for more than the dog shaggers five. Ah Van wasn't d in the first half.

It will be interesting to see who else besides those sent off yesterday will be appearing at Red Hall tomorrow. McIlloram is a certanty for me. Having been sent off should Hock have been allowed back into the stands or onto the field of play after the final whistle for his lap of honour whilst Saints players were still there?

It at least seemed to produce some exciting finishes to matches. I've only seen highlights, as I was both out of the country and working, so I couldn't even watch on telly (even if I found somewhere in Latvia that shows RL).
