One player i wish had stayed longer was Brad Godden, fantastic player. Don't think he did much we he went back home, but i wish he'd stayed for a few more years.

Haven't seen Garreth Carvell's name mentioned. Anderson, Lowes, Carvell, Morley, Ellis, Newton is a pretty formidable SL-era pack which shows that there definately was life after Rhinos.

Going not that far back, as well as Anderson, Lowes and Forshaw there's Paul Medley, Roy Powell, Brendan Hill and Paul Dixon who all did fine for Bradford after leaving Leeds, as well as David Heron at veteran stage. In return we've had the best years of Jamie Peacock, the swansong of the Jeffasaurus and, er, Carl Hall?

We had our office Christmas party at the Armouries. he was door staff for that. I recall him being part of the Giants coaching staff in the last season or two.

A prodigious young talent at Leeds who got a little big for his boots if rumours are to be believed and although the deal foisted Car Hall upon us Cook's career peaked as a teenager at Leeds when he played in the England team in the 1995 world cup. Retired very young to go into coaching.

Therefor, he's a poor example of a player who left Leeds and went on to bigger and better things.

Yes, Scales career went upwards after going to Bradford but he was not a player you'd think "gee, I wish Leeds had kept hold of him" unlike, say, Lowes. And, also unlike Lowes, he was hardly integral to the Bulls successes, more along for the ride.
