Just out of interest McF - do you block IPs or just user names?

Admins could in theory ask for an IP address to be blocked but don't as most users end up with generic shared IP addresses, if you banned the one I'm on at the moment for instance you'd probably shut down several other users too, if you banned the IP address that any Cas resident used then everyone in his town would disappear.
