They won't lose their franchise mate... they owe the RFL £700k and they won't kick them out because the only 'current' way they have of getting their money back is to keep them in SL to syphon off a chunk of their Sky money! The RFL are probably secretly hoping they go bust sooner rather than later (they will go bust again... it is just a case of when) so then they can call in their charge on the Racecourse ground and get their money back that way instead.
