McGuire pulled Carmont down and because the muppets on Sky and the ref and touch judge focus on the wrong incident you lot think that he was allowed to do it. The fact that he ended up injured is merely ironic, not deserved or desirable!

Bluey when interviewed on Sky wants Danny's injury reviewed. It would appear that something has gone on in back play after he has brought Carmont down. Riddell is seen to run a good distance to shout at Danny whilst he's on the ground and it could be there that the issue lies. Hemmings said it was Sam Tomkins concerned as to Danny's well being but as usual gets it wrong.

They've lost, and some of their fans are so angry and frustrated they don't know how to deal with the emotion so the vent it on the opposition. In this case danny mcguire and a teenage girl.

If you watch the replay theres about 3/4 leeds defenders chasing back in the gap where carmotn was running, so theres no guarantee he'd have made the line.

he was cuaght with a clear run 20 metres ffrom the hall after hall had knocked on, so something tells me he'd have been caught with a 50 metre run to the line.

There were two incidents last night that could be interpreted as spear tackles, one by each team. In my eyes neither were spear tackles, they were dangerous lifts, but they landed on their backs. Penalty, the disciplinary may have a look but I can only see penalty as the right call on both.

One offence to save a game, is not the same as a side cheating it's way through 80 minutes week in week out. That's the Wigan way, it is Wigan that are disgraceful cheats.

Oh, and when Tomkins scored right at the foot of the posts, why was the conversion taking from right between the posts? Only a small point, and Richards would have scored from where it should have been taken*, but still, it was dodgy....

What I find simply staggering about some of the comments posted on the Wigan board is the myopic nature of them. Danny pulled Carmont back, it was a professional foul and was worthy of a penalty and 10 minutes in the bin but do they really honestly think that had it been the other way around none of the Wigan players would have done exactly the same thing?????? Are they really that stupid????

I suspect I could list a good number of players from both sides who would have done exactly the same thing. In fact I would bet my house on a certain golden balls himself, Sam Tomkins, doing exactly the same thing in exactly the same situation.

McGuire pulling back Carmont was born purely out of desperation, exasperation and passion for the win. Nothing more of nothing less, wishing a player injured is very low indeed!

It's despicable frankly. Most of these Wigan fans doing it don't post on here regularly but Ewenfork does and I hope everyone makes him feel "welcome" when he does.
