I was talking about Kirke, although I acknowledge from the quoted text it wasn't clear

Only one interest today - it's the budget (and when was the last time a budget was controlled by an ex Rugby League Chairman?)

| Maybe OPTA should build an RL panel (probably with some of Southstanders finest proponents) to add some more "qualitative" stats to the stuff they put out for example...
Tackle ferocity
General Game Energy
Enthusiasm
Watchability
Spite/Fight
Entertainment Score
Net Promoter Score - a ranking of the games they would 'recommend' a neutral to go and watch (if time travel were possible)
(By the way OPTA if I catch you taking up any of these ideas I will send you a bill and I ain't cheap)
Having managed to watch a game at Headingley for only the second time this season I thought Crusaders were much improved (especially after having seen them get murdered by Quins) and that Leeds had quite generously saved there worst performance of the last 2 months for my visit.
I even tried changing into the new shirt I had just bought at half time and whilst that seemed to do the trick for a while the magic wore off after only 20 minutes. My lucky socks and pants were crap too.

Judging by TVOC's rants they can't even do the basic facts right. Qualitative analysis may be beyond the trained apes they pay to compile the stats

| Neither of you have seen one of my rants. You should have seen me this afternoon.
Calming down now and the new MP for Dewsbury (Tory) has just mentioned Eddie Waring as a famous son and his involvement in Rugby League, ignoring Stevo though ..... same old Tories.

| Back on topic, JJB's tackle rate is as said even worse than Kirke's. Both an absolute disgrace and I'd suggest indicative of a completely half-a*sed effort from the team. Quite seriously, if we had more strength in depth you'd be tempted to drop both of them based on those stats alone.

Spon on, and the whole problem with the club at the moment that I keep banging on about. We do have strength in depth, and indeed two players who could have replaced those two, played the week before and put in a strong effort. But for the week after they were dropped.
That's the problem when you have built a pecking order for selection rather than picking on merit.

Ambler & Pitts? or Clarkson?
You were not too keen on the players from the U20 game against Wakefield getting a run at Quinn's which Ambler & Clarkson did.
What did JJB & Kirke do at Quinn's to get dropped?

Jones-Buchanan didn't do anything judging by his stats from the game.

I thought you had originally asked what he did do not what he didn't do.
