Nooo, that's not how it works.
The only way to deal with young players is to endlessly ridicule any defect in their game.
Course, when you're an established player you can get away uncriticised for repeatedly making the same mistake, but less experienced players don't get that luxury.

No JJB tomorrow according to Leuluai's interview on the website. In McClennan's interview he says McShane is. So, I wonder if Buderus/McShane will be used as a scrum half and Ablett in the back row (rather than stand off).
