I'm appalled that Carragher has been included. He made it clear he didn't want to play for England when times were hard, now when we are in good form and stand a chance of winning it he comes waltzing back. I'll sure as hell be booing him at the Mexico game.

Glen Johnsons defensive work has been shocking at times this season costing Liverpool a fair few goals, his attacking on the other hand has been brilliant at times.

Can I go on record as stating that I have absolutely no interest in the football world cup at all, none whatsoever, and furthermore I will not be going out of my way to watch any of the matches whether they involve England or not.

PS - I will however be commenting at length on any diving, over-acting or theatrical death-throes as and when exhibited on the fields of play and taking the p1ss at length on the actors/participants and those of you daft enough to actually support the whole charade.

As a defender he's pretty poor. Gary Neville is better than him defensively, and that's saying something. Johnson adds something to the attacking play, but thats about it. If he's at RB, someone like Milner will be needed at RM to cover his defensive weaknesses.

The only players in that squad who are on form are Joe Hart, Michael Dawson, Ashley Cole, Frank Lampard, James Milner, Adam Johnson, Wayne Rooney and Darren Bent. The rest have had a poor season either through lack of form or through constant injuries.

You're a scumbag of the higest order if you're going to boo a player that is pulling on a jersey to represent his nation. No matter what has happened in the past. You accept Rio Ferdinand into the squad but he has being banned for the game.

TBH I personally think the Carragher has had one of his worst seasons this year and shouldnt be in the squad anyway, the fact that he is shows how much Capello thinks about other players that have performed better than he has. I think taking Rio Turdinhand and Ledley King whilst injured is the main reason hes taken carragher though simply because the other centre backs (Terry apart) havent exactly got a lot of experience in an England shirt/ big games.
