Buderus has played about 6 games since his return from a broken leg, at which point some kneejerkers have written him off - today he was outstanding, I expect him to get better and better to the point where those numpties championing Diskin will look a little silly.

Sometimes the game progresses at a pace which far out strips that of certain players, Burrow is an example of this, he doesn't have the kicking game to be influential and his scoot and duck game has been worked out by the majority of SL defences if not all.

Leeds may have to think about their options and make a tough decision in the not too distant future.

Buderus on Leeds form is nowhere near the player he has showed over the years and should be judged accordingley.

Certainly no better than Diskin IMO and certainly not as good when it comes down to value for money!

Next season when we have BJB back in the squad - as first choice full back of course - I would suggest Webb can cover the half backs with Sinfield (6) and McGuire (7). (Smith would be my second choice Full Back/first choice right wing).
I like Burrow for his spirit and obvious speed, but he isn't a top class scrum half: we all know that. With the departure of Buderus (and possibly switching Diskin to the back row ?) maybe Rob can compete for the hooking duties with our first choice hooker McShane ?? 80 minutes one or the other of course....no more of this sentimental sharing nonsense of course

FWIW Burrow had a good game yesterday, much better than we have seen so far this season.

As long as both stay fit Buderus and Diskin will be in the Leeds 17 for the rest of this season - Shouldn't imo but will. As for the Burrow debate it would have seemed unthinkable at the end of last season to have a discussion like this taking place. However he isnt offering enough imo, his scoots have been found out and have rarely worked his season. Sinny 6, McGuire 7, Eastwood 13 will be good to see, but again will Bluey really leave out a high profile player? Unfortunately I cant see it.

Made the point on Burrow after the WCC (a game in the balance) when he only passed once & did not have the vision to open good opposition up, I was shot down in flames on here for dareing to call our little robby. He's good at what he does but so is Orford, i'd know who i,d rather have doing what he's good at.
