| Did Senior have a bad game, or were there just some bad passes thrown his way?
Not too often he has them these days, only one I can remember last season is at Odsal.

He ran better than ok.
If anything his individual performance should be valued with greater awe as he performed when others didn't. He did his bit. He lead by example. If the rest played to his standard you wouldn't have scored a point and we would have won. Fact.

| Are those stats for your forwards correct? In terms of effort in defense they are good. It would be interesting to see what sort of percentage of those tackles Bailey made were where he was the lead tackler. But there seems to be a distinct lack of effort in attack. The carries are spread around everywhere and Bailey just doesn't do enough work with the ball. The stars in your pack are Peacock and Jones Buchanan. The later for me has been fantastic for you. I'd like to see how Leeds would fare without those two for a month or two.
The England backrow for the end of the season must be JJB's target. A back three of Ellis, JJB and Harrison would look good to me.

There was no lack of effort in attack mate we didn't have the ball long enough in the 2nd half to try and attack.
Add to that other than kicking off after Cas scored and conceding penalties we didn't get out of our own half in the last 20 minutes.

And there we have it... almost got that under the radar eh Sad! So Sinfield not to make the side then, is that really what you mean?

Where the stats originate from was explained further up the thread. I use what Opta report on the SL website and cross check the combined player totals to the team total. I then try not to make any mistakes when transfering the data on to here.
How accurate they are is pretty much down to Opta, how relevant they are is pretty much down to each fan's interpretation and/or agenda.

Sinfield - club loose forward - International hooker. I think you may be overplaying Sinfield's non selection in the English back row.

If Sad would clarify who he would therefore select at No.9 (or where he would select Sinfield) then I will happily retract my comment... just possibly misreading between the lines of his post? Sad?

| So, let me get this right.
When we win, Bailey is judged to be a lazy, untalented so-and-so.
When we lose, he's had an awesome game.
OK, it's obvious then ... someone tell McClennan to have a word with Ryan to slacken off a bit.
