Not been stateside yet to see the NFL.But have seen a college game.Did the games at 'old wembley' and each of the recent games at 'new wembley'..got my tickets for this year too.And have those 'tailgate party tickets' too.

I have the pleasure of accompanying G1 to the Oakland Coliseum in December this year to watch my beloved Oakland Raiders against his mob from DC. Wanted tickets for the Black Hole but vetoed by G1 for some reason !



The Raiders will do jack again this year and will continue to do so until they can sort out the front 4 and the run defense as a whole. Also, not sure JaMarcus is the answer. He has the arm, but has an obvious inability to look off receivers. The CB's and safeties know exactly where the ball is going ! I am sure we'll win a few games this year (we are not as bad as the Lions or Chiefs), but G1 and are are not likely to be seeing a battle for the playoff places on December 13th.

I think IF Vick gets fit and can find form he's a better QB than Mcnab and less predictable.

You reckon? With a career QB rating of 75.7, and only once having had a rating over 80, only once having thrown over 3000 yards in a season? Compared to McNabb with a lifetime rating of 85.9 and six of his ten seasons over 3000 yards.

Vick will be a bit of a novelty, and let the Eagles do some fun stuff with the Wildcat and some two QB formations. Fun to watch, but ultimately not something to win consistently with.

I think Mcnab has become too predictable TBH and Vick will add that uncertainty to the attack.
Of course there's many ifs and buts before we'll know for sure but imo Vick will offer a new dimension to the eagles if he can prove his worth.

Campbell needs a big year for them to do anything. They signed a very highly rated DB in the draft from what i've seen, but most pundits thought they were mad for doing so as the need to improve their offense.

You do surprise me there tipping my bunch to play the Saints in the Super Bowl. I hope you're right. I'd have gone for either the Steelers, Panthers, Colts or Patriots from the AFC and possibly the Vikings, Bears or Packers from the NFC.
