do you think (or in your case know) they we're alone the lines of

jordan why don't you come out to aus and play for our 2nd team, we'll give you a decent wage, pay for your flights, find you a house etc. you'll have a whale of a time, not like it'll matter either way, you won't be playing first team...

jordan, we think you're a good player, with the right skill set to become a great player over here. we'd like you to come over to aus and join our first team, with the view of you becoming part of our starting 13/17 every week...

what do you think would get tansey the most repect "i came over here thinking i wouldn't play, the comp is too good...." or "yeah i knew i'd be playing, look at me, i've all the skills. i played for the top club in england, why wouldn't i make it..."

so you really expect, a young lad now getting regular action in the NRL. getting good reviews (one of only a few coming out of rooster recent games with any credit) would move to an average team back in england?

where would you rather spend your youth, living in a warm country next to the beach, growing up with your sport being 'top dog' in that country or next to hull docks, in the rain, in the shadow of wendyball & kick n clap


oh and as for 'bite on the a55' threads, it only really works if said person claims to know facts/inside info or shows a clear lack of knowledge of a player/team/skill etc. however, my comments in this thread are none of the above, they are simply giving an opinion (and i'd like to think the opinion of most), that given the choice of living & work in aus over hull is a no brainer.
