spot on. I've seen worse on nights out with police as witnesses and they have done nothing but dish out a verbal warning. All a big fuss over very little.

I have no knowledge of the case apart from the fact that the judge said a few weeks back that they were looking at custodial sentances. Why would he say that, then not follow it though?

I think he's thinking of a 'day and age' when no crimes were committed in this country and everyone was nice to each other. There were no nasty people at all. Teenagers weren't annoying, they were lovely and never did anything stupid at all. My gran talks of it often. I believe its known as the "good old days".

It's true. My gran could walk down to the shops and not get mugged and beaten up in those days.

I know a little about the case with my gf working 4 the chambers who represented leon and the judge that said we r looking at a prison sentence stepped down a week later so it was a differant judge that give him 100 hours but still leon as got off very lightly

Totally agree with you , but they are obviously not a threat to society , and jailing them would serve little or no purpose at all , if anything they are guilty of a severe lack of judgement in thinking that going to Reardons ex-wifes was a good idea . I would imagine they both regret these actions very much right now.

I would rather see someone who is of little danger to society actually paying for their crime by giving something back to the country, than being a cost to it.
