If I'm honest, I'm a little disappointed.

Just booked a band to play at our wedding, it says in the contract that they need to be fed, so at the end of my email I put... "R.e. Food, I'll make sure some is available, and there'll be plenty of cake!".

His reply contained this...

I've just finished the last of twelve large vanilla cup cakes that I made on Saturday that had buttercream inserted into the centre of them, the last one today was as soft as the first one out of the oven, I'm an ace at cup cakes me.

I also ate eleven out of the twelve of them, eleven large cup cakes in five days, now I have to get back to eating normal food again.

I'm getting married in July, didn't want to stop eating cake so I joined a gym.

Had a squash court booked there last night, gets a phone call from the gym saying I'd been invited to a 'New Member's Evening', so we cancelled the squash and went to that instead. When we got there, there was a buffet and cake. Oh the Irony.

I'm still counting it as one of my legitimate visits this week though.

Our nutritonalist told me that it is a bit of a myth this 5 a day lark. because some veg and fruit is quite high in callories etc if you dont do any excersize. Cant remember what was good for you though I do recall oily fish is good.
