BLB or Hardacker, macshane out....leading to Aiton in (i prefer Macshane from what I have seen but if there is an issue off the field then makes sense). Kirmond would be great, but I have a sneaky feeling that the GH and KH relationship may hinder this move versus helping it...it would be seen as a stab in the back to Wakey....but its a business afterall - if it does then it would be a multi-player trade.....out maybe moore, clarkson, Minns and Foster on Loan, maybe Keinhorst if BJB stays as he will need game time.

If someone (most likely Warrington) outbids us for Kirmond (if we even do bid) then this presents a problem for Wakey and KH as they can't really refuse the highest offer........unless we do send a few players, possibly both permanent and loan as they'll probably be struggling for numbers next year so could really do with getting a few guys in.

I think we need new blood in the forwards sooner rather than later so would not be against muti player swap plus cash for Aiton and Kirmond.

Reading the interviews from GH and the Coach both saying they have told Bjb on more than 1 occasion they WANT him to stay indicates imo he will be off!

It indicates he isn't happy. If a deal was already struck (like we heard back in April) then it probably would've been announced. The season is already over and Wire have announced Penny to return in the backs and a Featherstone forward to arrive.......yet no announcement on BJB.....it might still happen but clearly it isn't as clear cut as some made out it to be 5 months ago.

Yeah the undertones are that BJB wants to play full-back.

For me he's a much stronger winger than fullback.

Considering Huddersfield have been pretty proactive in strengthening a team that already finished top of the regular rounds last year, I am surprised there have been no enquiries from them for BJB, especially considering fullback is their main glaring weakness for me.

Heard this happened a while ago.....goes to show that signing and announcing are two seperate events....so lets wait and see what else comes around..... Chisholm should have got at least a couple of 1st team games last year....replacing a backpacking winger.!

If BJB wants to leave if he can play fullback then GH has a strong hand in a player exchange deal. Lunt would be good but what about the exchange for Paul Aiton? I read on twitter that Poore is homesick and is talking to a couple of Ausi clubs so I assume will not be joining us!

I fail to see many similarities. Grix plays to the full extent of his limited capabilities, Mathers plays well within his extensive talents. A waste of a potentially great player.

Jamel Chisholm had two things holding him back from being a SL winger.

Can't catch and can't tackle.

Apart from that, he's got everything you need. He'll go well in a team that is one of the best at that level.

I don't follow your logic. He's obviously not deemed good enough for SL, so why should he have been given a few games.
