Just another point too.....Disko IMO played his best match this season last week too.

diskin is very under rated, a very clever hooker. he was good last week.
he was poor today though, which as i said, all players have bad days.

but i did also think buderus was very good today, and as you said you are biased.

Started typing out an answer, but it is what I have said before, so you know how I feel anyway.

It's about time Buderus started showing what he can do. After all, we've waited 14 months.

He cannot have another bad game until the end of his contract if he wants to leave the club with his reputation intact.

You have wrote a true Aussie great off half a dozen games in after a broken leg, he is still the best player Leeds have on their books.

Buderus has played about 6 games since his return from a broken leg, at which point some kneejerkers have written him off - today he was outstanding, I expect him to get better and better to the point where those numpties championing Diskin will look a little silly.

Sometimes the game progresses at a pace which far out strips that of certain players, Burrow is an example of this, he doesn't have the kicking game to be influential and his scoot and duck game has been worked out by the majority of SL defences if not all.

Leeds may have to think about their options and make a tough decision in the not too distant future.

Buderus on Leeds form is nowhere near the player he has showed over the years and should be judged accordingley.

Certainly no better than Diskin IMO and certainly not as good when it comes down to value for money!

Next season when we have BJB back in the squad - as first choice full back of course - I would suggest Webb can cover the half backs with Sinfield (6) and McGuire (7). (Smith would be my second choice Full Back/first choice right wing).
I like Burrow for his spirit and obvious speed, but he isn't a top class scrum half: we all know that. With the departure of Buderus (and possibly switching Diskin to the back row ?) maybe Rob can compete for the hooking duties with our first choice hooker McShane ?? 80 minutes one or the other of course....no more of this sentimental sharing nonsense of course

FWIW Burrow had a good game yesterday, much better than we have seen so far this season.

If fit, Just let buderus play every game from the start, you won't be dissopointed! not diskins fault leeds signed the best hooker of his generation, or is that a myth created by numerous aussie & SOO selectors who also made him captain? Take the blue & amber goggles off FFS you might even see the duck & scoot comment on cute little robby was right too, he fits in now & again but I would never expect him to to take a game hanging in the balance by the scruff of the neck, which is what Leeds might need more often than not nowadays.
