Winning at London would relieve a lot of the pressure on us. Losing would see us have to win against better teams. Its not a 'must win' game but its not far off....

IF we win and results elsewhere go our way this weekend then we could be two wins clear of 2 of the SL teams.....lose and we are in the brown stuff as that would then put a lot of pressure on the Hull KR game as we cannot afford a scenario where we have only won 1 out of our first 3 as that would be MPG territory

I'd say it's one you can't afford to lose.

If they're to avoid the MPG SL teams must beat all the championship teams at the very least.

Absolutely a must - Leeds will win this game at a canter - if how they played at Widnes is the standard they are at then I can't see them causing Leeds much of an issue.

The only concern should be the pitch and how many injuries we pick up as we seem to suffer on these pitches.

IMO these plastic 3G & 4G pitches should not be allowed,It would be interesting to see how many Widnes and London players have suffered ankle and knee injuries in recent seasons whilst playing their home games on these pitches

Leeds prop Mitch Garbutt has been ruled out for the remainder of the season after undergoing knee surgery.

"He has been playing all year with pain in his knee," Rhinos director of rugby Kevin Sinfield told the club website.

"There has been a fair bit [of damage to repair and that will mean Mitch is out for a couple of months."

If he’s been playing with pain in his knee all year, why wasn’t it fixed up at the start of the year?

Good question. He did it away at Featherstone in pre-season and did not come off straight away.

If this is true it’s very poor form from Leeds. They have a duty of care to the players as employees, and that would be a dereliction if that duty.

That's McDermott all over - consistently he has played players when they have been unfit and should have been rested.

But he hasn't been playing all year has he? He has only made the team sheet in 9 out of 27 matches playing just 422 minutes which is the equivalent of 5 and a bit games.

Peteru has only managed 135 minutes, Mullally 433 minutes so we have missed 3 big props for much of the season and one of the reasons for our poor performances.

Perhaps if they had got him fixed up properly in the first place then perhaps he would have had a more productive season. When you are siting Mulally as a contributory factor to a string of abysmal performances then you really are scraping the barrel in defending a coach who was in part the architect of his own demise

Toronto looked poor to me - a team of bottom four quality players.

Other than the venue I am unsure what they will add to the SL competition?

Halifax look so far out of the depth to be an embarrassment.

Toronto get to SL they'll sign some better players, obviously. But do they have enough to gain promotion?

Unfortun It’s does look that way, but we are in the same comp as you on a fraction of the money, so says little for the embarrassing season you’ve had.
