| Saturday night. FA Cup final on immediately beforehand. Early into Bank Holiday weekend. On Sky. These will have been the main contributory factors. Had the tickets been £19, people would still have not turned up in significant numbers. The timing of the game was shocking.

| As an FC fan I find the away pricing shocking, but at the same time (and because I am an FC fan) I am forced to shrug it off, whilst offering suggestions.
I do have a quick question though in that, if the price difference was closer would the anger be less? I could be wrong, as a season pass holder I'm not sure, but I believe that the home end last season was charged at £22 walk up. So the price difference is less, pre-bought only a pound.
The increase in the North stand might partially be to offset the reduce in pricing for un-reserved home seating. Probably not, but there you go.
[size=50As a Rugby League fan I would suggest, as I started doing when I first saw the pricing structure, that away fans buy in advance in the home areas. Particularly in the Family sections (as a family group (2 adults, 2 juniors)). Chances are the stewards will move you to the away end anyway (at no extra charge, bonus). Sorry this was too late for your lot, it is on here somewhere else.[/size

| No matter how many FC fans offer explanations as to why it's so expensive, and alot critisising away fans for not showing up one main fact remains.
The away end at the KFC is the most expensive stand in super league.
Go on most boards and you prob find a thread of your pricing structure, you are effectively forcing away fans to stay at home.

| From my point of view the anger is not the £25 price (although I think that makes it one of the most expensive if not most for away fans behind the sticks) but the disparity between the price for home fans and away fans in like for like positions

| That might be the case but its not the most expensive stand in SL then?
Anyway, hopefully the club will raise the south stand buy 4 quid and get rid of the 2 quid pre sale fee for the north next season.

| Have any Loiners who bought pre-booked tickets approached Hetherington and asked him to refund them the £2 Leeds trouser for the sale?

Ahhrr the 'Darth Tax' - but I believe that this payment is applicable to anyone purchasing tickets from Leeds Rugby Ltd. and not just applied to 'non Rhinos' supporters.

I always buy our tickets in advance, it gives money to our club and it's normally cheaper, the reason being because you've commited to going even if turns out to be an horrendous day. The problem I have is that a pre purchased ticket in 2010 and 2011 cost me £19, it has rocketed by over 20% this season to £23. You don't need to be an economic genius to work out that the increase allied to spiralling fuel costs to get there leaves the average punter feeling well and truly ripped off when most folk are on their butts financially. Pearson is a prat, end of story.

Your vehicle? Wasn't Leeds quoted as the car theft?damage capital of England?
Absolute cobblers.
As for your safety, the Rhinos fans in the Brickies were all sat petrified at us savages.
Jog on!

Students in Leeds cause a massive problem and skew the burglary and robbery stats. 2 big popular unis all in the same area with lots of students walking around with shiny electricals and leaving doors and windows open.

| Rugby league, a game lauded by it's followers as "the greatest game" and those very same followers ridicule soccer for is lack of professional integrity and it's simplicity......
Until it comes to paying for it

How much is the Walk up price Game day in the North (Hull end?).
