Mackay broke his nose rather than his jaw IIRC. The culprit was Vila Matautia who got a six match ban for the challenge which he claimed was with his shouder.

Cassidy's was a disgrace. Hid behind two of his own players and stuck his elbow in. Awful challenge.

I must admit, having encountered both Pryce brother aways from the pitch and having seen Leon's cowardice on it they're vile individuals of little character and even less bottle.

Amazing to see Vila Matautia's name mentioned so many times. He's such a nice bloke off the field, I was chatting to him only the other week. He was chatting to Tony Puletua and completely blocking the whole staircase. I had a grumble then realised I knew the face. He was happy to stand and chat to me and my old man, whereas Tony P slumped off to his seat.

My own nomination would have to be Turry Newton. Such a grub of a player.
