#1 Porky McRae - Readily available
#2 Noble - Seems to be going to Cas (if you believe other threads here)
#3 Matterson - On his way out of Cas down under?
#4 Poach John Kear from Wakey - Prob would not get on with GH
#5 Millward, Powell, Iestyn, Garry Schofield (lol)
#6 Eddie and Stevo.
What are you thoughts guys?

Agree that Leeds should look to the NRL. Getting a coach from within SL (or recently out of it) should be avoided.

Trent Robinson is doing a fantastic job.
For all those simply assuming NRL will be the answer. Walters was also a highly regarded coach down under, and made a McDermot style mess at Catlans. Which is what makes the job Robinson has done all the more remarkable. |

The more I think about this, the more I think the answer should be Daniel Anderson. He's just the kind of no nonsense coach that we need right now, and knows about the British game. He also had Saints playing an exciting brand of rugby, and wouldn't stand for the current lack of discipline we are displaying.
oh, and he's available right now...

What does available now mean?
Are you thinking this season? or just for next season?
He can't come in now, because he would need a Visa to work here. By the time he got that Visa the season would probably be over. So if the only reason is now, it's seems a bit rash. |

Millward is intriguing.
Was a genius at Saints and should have been here to succeed Murray. Would certainly breathe new life into the dressing room and is a real "player's man".
However, is he too tarnished by the mistakes he made at Wigan or was that more the fault of Whelan and Lyndsay?

Daniel Anderson - available, experienced coach, experience of SL and proved a successful coach at Saints. I wouldn't be surprised if GH has not already made contact.
