That's the Magic weekend shirt he's holding. He's also got the away kit on his lap. If anything they're probably just some free shirts to give to his kids.

As ever, the tops would look so much better without the big Leeds Building society logo on them that peels off after a few washes. It's what puts me off buying kit these days.

And before anyone responds, i know, we need the sponsors on there

You are right we do need the sponsors, but if the club and its selected clothing supplier want us to buy the kit and pay the prices asked. I think we have a right to expect, decent design, decent quality and reasonable durability. But I'm old fashioned like that.

And I doubt the sponsors want their logos looking tatty after limited use and washes.

I've never encountered this issue, follow the wash instructions.

& especially the drying & ironing/pressing instructions.
My wife could show you all how it's done.

Surely if the kit looks better without the logos and they peel off in any case, it's a win-win?

i ironed the logo off my top from inside with paper each side, worked a treat

Worked well that with my GB shirt which had the Gillete logo on, lasted me years
