Without Gale Dwyer is the only attacking threat we have. Myler has impressed at fullback, but reverted to his previous attempts when playing halfback, not good enough.

Last tackle plays have been Awful every game . Long is stealing a living

He's playing in a side that has no organisation in attack or defence. A side that haven't even worked out how last tackles work yet.

Congratulations to Tony Smith and the former Leeds contingent at Craven Park, that must have been quite sweet for them.

On the evidence of this, we’ll not make the top 8 this season. No organisation ( hopefully that will improve when Gale returns in 4 weeks or so ), no discipline - when you play that badly you can’t afford to be giving stupid penalties away and you seriously have to question how the team was set up. I feel sorry for Tom B because he’s never really been the player he was since his shoulder injury, but surely, it should have been Luke B and Handley on the wings with Broadbent remaining at FB. That said, with that completion rate, we’d have got well beaten anyway. I really hope Eastmond snaps into gear soon, because at the moment he seems to be a passenger.

Listened to the game so might have got a wrong idea of what went on tonight.
But it seemed Dwyer was the only threat with King and possibly Mik the only other two who put in some effort.
Tom I`ve said for 2 years is finished and whilst Luke is a better option he is not top 6 standard.
No idea what Eastmond is offering along with his mate Long and Myler is not a half back.
We would have been better with Leeming in the halves, Myler at FB and Handley on the wing.
Give Agar 3 or 4 more games to see if he can prove his worth but not many coaches looking for work other than McDermott!

He's just come back from injury and played 2 games I don't think I'd be picking him out to blame just yet. Let's get a proper coach in and see what he can do.

I haven't seen any of the game, but I cringed when I heard Handley was at FB and Myler was in the halves. We already know these positions don't bring out the best in these players. If this was done to accommodate both Briscoes in the team it was a gamble that backfired spectacularly.

Agar brings back the experience into the team, drops the kids and we ended up being a shambles, that says it all , just about sums this game up, we were terrible in defence , and attack. Plays people out of position Leeming and Mellor a waste of a shirt

I think we are missing him, less so than Gale but still missing him

It seems Tom Briscoe is un droppable pretty much how it was when McDermott was there as stated by Handley in the Dogcast.
Agar said in his interview earlier this week that he won`t be putting square pegs in to round holes.
You would have thought that he had realised Myler was a better FB than HB and that Handley is better on the wing than FB as like Fran Cummins said Handley could never pass properly .
The dilemma would be who to put in the halves when Smith got injured which might just give Agar his reasoning for putting square pegs in round holes.
I also don`t see how Leeming gets in the England train on squad as even Dwyer is better than him.

Put the kids back in and call it a transition year. Just makes sure we beat Leigh twice.
