More the water (bottled, more expensive than you'd think) you have to drink for the ten minutes in 80 that you're waiting for the waiter to top up your glass with the real stuff.

| If BJB goes it'll just be a case of syrah, syrah. It's a shame really, he could have achieved grapeness at Leeds.

Perhaps....but as 'another good fighting wine' Chateau Bailey 'is a wine for avoiding' never could be classed as smooth or a fine wine..more of a robust punch that is not always easy to swallow and only liked by a local wine club but it has been known to sometimes go well with fish from Hull. Although the bulk of Kirke estate has been lying down for a few years it has been improving and while never a classic it is fairly cheap and therefore reasonable mid table wine

| Tony smith sees BJB as a full back replacement for Hodgson and wants to move Ratchford to stand off to partner Myler, makes sense, moneybags Moran pays hetherington and we get Briscoe for free, money in the bank for Leeds and a good like for like swop, its possible there could be mileage in this rumour as Briers is rumoured to be moving on at Wire, like the flexibility of BJB though as he fills centre and full back also. Remember before hardaker was moved to full back BJB was our long term full back choice, who knows time will tell.

| I thought Hetherington said you weren't bringing in anyone from outside the club and that you aren't interested in Briscoe? Backtracking?
I'd take BJB in return, anyway.

| Personal opinion. Briscoe is good and would fit in well at Leeds...but I think BJB brings something special to the side, can't quite put my finger on how best to describe it but he just seems to have a bit of magic that is genuinely rare these (or any) days. I think we would lose more than we gain if he left. Would love to see him and Watkins having a go for England in the World Cup this summer.

| BJB is playing the best rugby of his carreer at the moment, based on the last two games alone he would be a good outside bet for England world cup squad. Looks to have got his attitude right and looking for work, noticed on Friday he moved to fullback for a good stint. Why would we want to let him go ?

| If Leeds let Jones-Bishop go, they want their heads testing.
With Watson moving on at the end of the season, it would leave them with no experienced cover at full back should anything happen to Hardaker.
Unless someone comes in offering seriously silly money (I'm talking £250k plus), forget it.

I would take him in return because he's a good player? Never said he wasn't contracted or a free agent, but I rate him and would take him as a replacement. He's too good to stay as back up.

| I think BJB is more versatile than Brisco but as a winger Brisco just has a slight edge.
Considering the amount of injuries we've been picking up this season it's more prudent to sick with Ben IMO.

| Briscoe is a quality winger, no doubts about that.
But we already have a great backline, with versatility and players from the pack who can fill in at centre in case the backline needs to be shuffled due to injuries, then also we have young players who can back up if things get really stretched.
We just don't have a need for an out and out winger unless one of our existing players is leaving. If they are going to the NRL, fair cop. But if they aren't why would we let them go to another super league club when our backline is fine as it is and for the reasons mentioned above.
This rumour doesn't really make sense to me.
