its going to take litigation to bring the RFLs disciplinary process into the 21st century. The officials are not properly protecting players and the disciplinary process is condoning it. 2games for a teckle that was intended nly to injure an opponent is a joke. A serious career ending injury will result in the RFL and a member club being sued.

I don't for one minute thinks Sneyd has done it with intention to injure, however, he's charged with grade D, it gets dropped to a C which is 'dangerous contact' the world can see it's the grade D description of applying pressure to a joint, so it's either guilty or not..... Bottled it!

Yes. Diseases can be spread by saliva. Not simply the act of spitting. If a player were to have a deadly disease communicable by saliva other precautions bar not spitting would be taken.
