I think we could bring up to 1800-2000 now we're on a bit of a roll. We'll be spending the day over the other side of the river at your "noisy neighbours". Hope the weathers good because we're hoping to have some nosh and a few beers outside Dukes with the yuppies before we head back over the river to the Badlands. Shame your lot were beaten in France because a 4 game winning run would have created a real feelgood factor for fridays game.

Just got our tickets for friday and also you can purchase a car park ticket in advance for £5.00.

Looking at the club's website, the only way you can get a ticket to park in the official car aprk is by advance purchase of a parking ticket. This could catch a few people out.

You can just pay on the gate for parking at the ground £5, plenty of space.

Parking has to be booked in advance. And no cash turnstiles have to go to the ticket office.

I have paid cash for parking every game. As you drive up there are two signs, one is vip parking, straight ahead. The other is prepaid and CASH payment to the steward as you drive in! It is the stadium company who run the car parks not Srlfc, the websit is incorrect and has been since the first friendly months ago. Once again, drive up on the night, roll down the window,pay your fiver, park your car. Easy.

Has anybody used the Park 'n Ride from the Trafford Centre?
Eccles rugby club seems a long way to walk after paying £3.

I have used the Trafford Centre Park and Ride for every game at Barton and it had a few problems early on but it has improved every game.

Now the stadium management give priority to pedestrians and buses it's quite good for getting away after the game.

If you are thinking of using it please note the bus and car park are based at what will be the far end of the Trafford Centre ie[i junction 9 on the M60 [/iif you are coming from Leeds.
If you look for the World Freight Centre ( there are four large floodlight pylons and lots of containers) then you have found it.

PS
when you return after the game make sure you get on the Trafford Centre bus as it leaves the Stadium from the same point as the Willows park and ride, we have had one or two visitors that have ended up at the Willows by mistake.

The Rhinos did give me a map when I bought my tickets, provided I guess by Salford.
The map that is though they probably provided the tickets as well but at least the map was free & is helpful.
