You can tell we are missing naylor,rui and sodje!!

Mind you pre-season is all about fitness and the squad building up morale i just hope the beckford/delph issues get sorted asap!

I hope we sign Sodje because apart from Naylor the centre backs we have are simply not good enough IMO, even Rui. I also dont think Casper will keep his place this season, we've got him and 2 other keepers now so hopefully one of them has a good showing in pre season and takes his place. He looked okay towards the back end of last year with Naylor and Sodje at the back but he makes too many clangers and is dodgy under crosses.

I'm praying Beckford stays because without his goals we simply wont go up, even if we get decent money for him it wont get spent on players.

I think an on form and confident Rui is a fantastic player, and remember Hunty hasn't played for around 7 months so he's still going to be behind on fitness. I think, even without Sodje we're pretty strong at centre-half.



Still think Casper is the best keeper at the club too. For shot-stopping he's fantastic and, although I do hold my breath when he comes out for crosses, people make out he drops every ball he comes for, he doesn't.



If Beckford stays, great, if not, ok. I don't hold the same opinion as you that we won't spend to try and replace him.

Brave statement. I would like to see a bit more of the new bloke before commenting, all he had to do on Sunday at York for the half hur he played was pick the ball out of the net.

Well that's your opinion and i've got mine, I know most players have there moments but Casper doesn't fill you will confidence, and when Rui and/or Lubo are playing you can almost guarentee to concede goals, some of them gifted aswell.

Look at the Warren Feeney transfer that fell through, he's the sort of player that we'll get to replace Beckford. He's still got a contract with Cardiff but they are willing to give him away on a free cos he's not good enough.
